Enjoyed our time here. This was a comfy hotel with perfect staff and location. Our room was perfect, included with comfy bed, shower, as for instance, had a really good stay. The sky bar was great and the staff were attentive and accommodating.

The room was well-equipped and good value for money with a balcony, a storage space, and a lounge.
A wide array of options, tasty food. Very professional, well-trained personnel on reception desk. Comfortable and the best location in a very nice area next to a museum and a tower. Bars and cafes next to it.

Porridge and fruits.
The pool was a disaster! The water was half opaque and many guests threw hard plastic toys all over the pool and almost injured my daughter, people were jumping into the water even though it is supposed to be forbidden, in short it had nothing to do with the word "Wellness", swimming a little... no thinking and that every day and no one from the staff to say anything about it! As my daughter loves to swim, the pool at the Hilton London Metropole was one of the criteria for choosing it as a hotel during our 4 day stay. For my 9 year old daughter to voluntarily say that she does not want to go back to the pool because she is afraid, she says it all!!! For a Hilton Hotel the gym was not well equipped either.

The venue has unbeatable location very close to the underground. Rooms are neat with the 14th level, balloons and air conditioning, food is tasty! The decoration is very modern.

breakfast was very complete, free buffet. super good location, we could visit the center and neighborhoods as candem and notting hill
There were three of us in the room and they only put two towels so every day we had to call and wait.

1. Friendly staff, attention is fast and efficient. 2. Room: spacious and comfortable and without noise. Sufficient wardrobes and drawers. Special chapter for beds and pillows: very comfortable. We sleep very well. 3. Breakfast for all tastes. has everything. varied and sufficient quality, Good location: near the subway and always with taxis at the door, 5. It has a floor with bathrooms that are very located. clean. comfortable. You don't have to go crazy looking. 7, Despite being a huge hotel it has an easy and affordable distribution.
1. We were charged for 2 nights and 2 breakfasts by a person who left early. 2. Expensive room service We arrived late and ordered five simple salads for dinner. £75, 3. They do not have any suitable family rooms. 4. bathroom:. Too small for such a big room. There is no bidet. bathtub has no curtain or screen and towel holder on the sink is so low that it is uncomfortable and towel almost touches the floor, you take the towel. towel rack, it hits the sink unit hard with a consequent bang, There were 5 of us and only 4 towels. 5. wifi room is very small and wifi has little power. 6. We were in May. We made the reservation in March and were given a room on the 11th floor with no view and very little light overlooking a wall of windows in the building in front. 7. Breakfast: The orange juice is not natural. croissants are soft and of bad quality and coffee some days good and others bad. 8, gym is ridiculous for the size of the hotel.

All right. Maybe the pool facilities are a little sloppy and old

Location
Uncomfortable, small, cold rooms; as far as we had the special price offer the value for money was ok, in case we should pay the full rate, it would be unacceptable.I would recommed this hotel only because of the location.
